The Movement from “Freedom from” to “Freedom to” A Family Constellation Women’s Circle

in Portugal A 3-hour experiential journey.

This workshop invites us to move from what holds us back, old loyalties, fears, or

inherited burdens, toward the freedom to live, love, and act from a deeper place of

truth. Through gentle embodied awareness and Family Constellation practice, we

honor what was and open space for what wishes to emerge.

What is Family Constellation?

Family Constellation work reveals the unseen dynamics that shape our family and

our soul. By bringing to light what has been hidden, we restore order and

belonging, allowing love and vitality to flow again. The work is experiential and

respectful, inviting simple movement, authentic sensing, and sentences that free

what has been constrained.

About the Facilitator Diana Glazer (M.A., CBT, ISST)

Therapist, supervisor and Family Constellation

facilitator with over 20 years of clinical experience. Diana integrates classical psychotherapy with systemic, spiritual and energetic approaches, including representation work, guided imagery and light-frequency modalities. Her vision is to create spaces where mind, heart and spirit meet, and where we can

return home to ourselves.
